- 2 large croissants fresh bakery croissants work best
- 4 slices thick-cut bacon or regular bacon
- 3 large eggs
- 2 slices cheddar cheese or American, Swiss, or Gruyère
- 1 tbsp butter for eggs
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Step 1: Cook the Bacon
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place bacon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
